2023 Pinot Noir Blanc

A white wine made from Pinot Noir Grapes? Why not! We decided to give it a try after reading an article about it and the results were surprising, even to us. A bright, crisp aroma hits the nose with hints of orange blossom and grapefruit. Notes of passionfruit and tart pineapple hit your palate first giving way to a zesty lime finish that is almost a bit reminiscent of Sauv Blanc. This is definitely not the Pinot Noir that we are used to but for a Sunday Afternoon picnic or a summer sunset it just may do the trick!
